Ingredients for Easy Chocolate Chip Mousse / Ice Cream
2 cups heavy whipping cream (chilled)
1 can (14 oz / 400 g) sweetened condensed milk
1 tsp vanilla extract

2 tbsp cocoa powder (optional, for extra chocolate flavor)
Instructions
Whip the cream – In a large mixing bowl, beat the chilled heavy cream with an electric mixer until soft peaks form.
